Individual or Small Group (2-4 people): Program is customized to meet individual or group goals.
Sessions often include a warm-up, some type of resistance training
using a variety of equipment ~ such as free weights, stability balls,
tubing, resistance bands, medicine balls, and BOSU ~ and conclude with
trainer-assisted or self-stretching.
1 hour sessions available one, two or three x a week. Homework between sessions!
Price range - $60 an hour and up.
Group Fitness Classes
Nia: A fusion of the
dance, martial, and healing arts set to eclectic music that will make
your heart sing and your body want more. This cardiovascular fitness
program is integrated to allow you to sense your whole being – body,

I am currently teaching two classes at North Broadway UMC, 48 E.
North Broadway, Room 300, Columbus, OH 43214. Thursdays, 6 – 7 pm (Free
babysitting available to participants’ children) Fridays, 9:30 – 10:30
Classes are $12 for Drop-ins or $60/6-week Session.
Meditate, Activate, and Integrate:
This class begins with 15 minutes of meditation (exploring a variety of
meditation techniques), then moves into 45 minutes of mindful exercise,
and ends with 15 minutes of integration through journaling, paired
sharing, and discussion.
75 minute classes/6-week Session: $75 (Maximum of 6 participants). Class TBA in Clintonville Location.

an initial consultation, the client is given some forms to complete and
a fitness assessment is scheduled to collect important information.
This assessment will assist in customizing a fitness plan to meet the
client’s needs, desires, and goals. Information gathered includes heart
rate, blood pressure, body composition testing, flexibility and movement
screens, balance, muscular endurance & strength, and cardiovascular
endurance. I will go over the results of the assessment at our first
